Traffic data processing based on granular computing

With the explosive growth of in recent years, it caused the scientific community pay close attention to the big research. As a part of the big , traffic not only have big ’s 3V-features (volume, variety, velocity), but also have its special features, such as hierarchy, instantaneity, and so on. Firstly, this paper summarized current situation of traffic processing, take a deep insight into the limitations and problems existing in the research; Secondly, discussed the basic theory and method of granular computing (GrC); Verified the feasibility of using GrC to solve the problem of traffic processing, and put forward the idea of using GrC to deal with these problems.
