User satisfaction model for transportation information system

Abstract:
Although big progress has been made in the transportation information system of China, there still are numerous problems to be resolved, such as excessive consumption of resources, low user satisfaction and Information Island. The user satisfaction development path will effectively promote the substantial development of transportation information system in China. Firstly, this paper puts forward the ecological development system, including system user and subject-object model of platform system. At the same time, the K-means algorithm is used to construct the user segmentation model of transportation information system and the AISAS method is used to establish the short-term evaluation model of transportation information system affairs openness. The feedback provided by the evaluation model effectively improved the user service level.
