Abstract:
In order to ensure the rapid distribution of a wide variety of port cargo and maintain the service level of ports, it is necessary to analyze the characteristics of the multimodal transportation network in port-road cooperation and explore the correlation between the freight traffic volume generated by the random arrival of transport vehicles at the port and the road transport route selection. Existing research lacks optimization studies of the multimodal transportation network in port-road cooperation and cannot cope with the uncertainty brought by the time-varying nature of related factors for the stable operation of the entire network system, which may lead to inaccurate network coordination scheduling optimization schemes. Therefore, this paper conducts a study on port-road transport coordination scheduling optimization based on complex networks. A schematic diagram of the relative position of the road transportation network and the port, as well as the corresponding port-road transport coordination scheduling diagram, is provided. Appropriate methods and indicators for studying the hierarchical structure and spatiotemporal evolution of the multimodal transportation network in port-road cooperation are selected and introduced in detail. From the perspective of freight traffic volume in sea-land intermodal distribution centers, based on a full consideration of the distribution of inland road traffic flow, a multi-objective optimization model for port-road transport coordination scheduling is constructed, with the first goal being the optimal efficiency of the multimodal transportation network in port-road cooperation and the second goal being the minimum disturbance to inland road traffic flow. Experimental results verify the effectiveness of the constructed model.
