Optimization of temporary passenger train line plan in peak passenger flow period

Abstract:

As far as China's railway passenger transportation is concerned, there will be many passenger flow peaks in a year. The emergence of such passenger flow means is a busy and tense period of railway transportation. Operating temporary passenger trains is one of the important measures for railway transport enterprises to deal with the regular or sudden peak passenger flow. Based on it, in order to improve the personnel transportation efficiency of the temporary passenger train and realize the reasonable matching of the demand and supply of the temporary passenger train, aiming at the lack of research on the such special passenger train line plan, considering the special influencing factors of the temporary passenger train operation, an dedicated optimization model of the temporary passenger train line plan is proposed, and an special purpose optimization algorithm of the such kind line plan based on intelligent group algorithm is proposed. The model takes the operation efficiency as the goal, and takes the capacity, operation cost, passenger flow matching and public welfare as the constraints. The optimization model is verified by an example analysis. The verification results show that the special purpose model and solving algorithm of the temporary passenger train line plan can better ensure the reasonable matching between the transportation efficiency and supply and demand of the temporary passenger train. It provides theoretical support for the implementation of the temporary passenger train line plan and the operation process of the temporary passenger train.
