Abstract
It is inevitably that the high-speed railway construction and operation will interfere in nature, which make the environment impact do not accord with expects. Therefore, with the improvement of environment protection awareness and the need of sustainable development in China, the environmental impact assessment of high-speed rail becomes an important part in the project feasibility study. This paper establishes an environment evaluation system which uses interpretive structural model and a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on entropy weight to sort the influence factors related to the high-speed railway project. It could give a comprehensive result to verify the feasibility of the project in environmental impact assessment. Additionally, we take HD high-speed railway project as a case to study.
