Abstract
In the traditional optimal dispatch of transportation hub during peak period, there are many problems, such as long time to complete the total task and high cost. A genetic algorithm based optimal dispatching method for transportation hubs in rush hours is proposed. Through the analysis of the urban planning system, the traffic planning system structure is constructed; the relationship between the completion time of dispatching task and the completion cost of dispatching in the peak period of operation is analyzed, and the mathematical model is constructed; the objective function is solved by genetic algorithm and constrained by the time-cost of dispatching sub-task. Fitness function, cross factor and mutation factor are introduced to improve the efficiency of local resource search, obtain global optimal search, and complete the optimal dispatch of traffic hub during peak period. The experimental results show that the proposed method has shorter total task completion time and lower total task completion cost.
